bert5535 Posted October 16, 2020 Posted October 16, 2020 Don’t know much about this guitar, but it was a present from my late father when I was about 15. I’m 41 now and won’t ever part with it. B serial number. I can’t find it on the website or on eBay/reverb.
TalismanRich Posted October 16, 2020 Posted October 16, 2020 A "B" serial number means one of the earliest instruments.
High Flying Bird Posted October 16, 2020 Posted October 16, 2020 Yep, 170 with Schaller pickups, bridge and tail piece. Nothing wrong with that guitar... unless you don't play it. ;^)
DetroitBlues Posted October 16, 2020 Posted October 16, 2020 Very nice guitar from the first full year of production at Heritage. Family heirloom!

The pickups were easily identifiable with their 2 stat style staggered humbuckers coil appearance. Old school H-170 first gen here. Stag Mag Link https://www.seymourduncan.com/single-product/stag-mag
