I have one of these guitars and it's one of my greatest treasures. I bought it from my friend who was a guitar dealer in Lawton OK in around 1992 or 93. I visited him to buy a banjo, ended up jamming as we usually did when I visited, and he handed me HFT-475 to play. From the first touch I knew the only way that guitar was leaving my hands, will be when someone rips it out of my cold dead fingers one day. I ended up leaving Lawton with this guitar and a banjo.
The following year I met Marv and the Heritage team, this when I visited the Heritage factory in Kalamazoo with my Late friend Harold Lamb of Posen IL, who was a cousin of Marvin. They were still making acoustic guitars at that time from memory, and I wish they still were. I'd buy more of them to bring home to New Zealand if I could find them for sale. I'm assuming they'd sell for big bucks now since they are so incredibly rare. If they only made 5-6 of the H475, then I am very pleased that I own one.
