I need H-140 pricing help

A friend has a black H-140 with a neck repair that was done by Chicago Fretworks. Nice looking guitar, but he wants to sell it. I'm running into dead ends regarding pricing for this. Any advice?

I can't imagine spending more $800 - $900 on this guitar.  I've seen H140 for $1,200- $1,300.  Take off 1/3 for the neck repair (which was not refinished properly IMHO).

I’d say $700-$900. Neck repairs on used Heritages devalue them much more than a Gibbons with one.

According the the The Official Vintage Guitar Price Guide (2023) the guitar is worth $1,575. The guide suggest a 50% deduction for a broken headstock. $800 seems appropriate.

Also, the used market is on a downward spiral.  Used gear pricing is dropping.  I’d say to sell quickly, be under that $800 price

If it was a killer flame top, I’d say $900
