No. Eagles were Classic, Golden and Super. Never a number that I saw. - Today
-
And last but not least the Heritage Millie SuperLight. Hand built by Master luthier Mr. Pete Farmer at the Heritage factory with the new guard.

I had the privilege to have custom Heritage guitars built for me. Here are a few. This is the first Millie they built for me. Marv, me and Jim with the unfinished Millie.
-
I’ve had 14s on my Super KB for years. No problem. But, your point is well taken.

I have given them a try nice pickups! The CC pickup in the neck position is a particularly cool pickup. I'm not a fan of Lollars across the board, but they make certain pickups that do it for me. The Heritage H535 P90 that Kuz sold me has a particularly good set of Lollar P90s which generally I never liked before, buit these pickups changed my mind about Lollar P90s... My Teye La Perla has custom made for Teye Lollar low wound Imperials and I LOVE them...

Would you show any of his handwrittings or signature off his built Heritages?

there was a 225 parsons st model too Did the eagle have a model #? -
I used 0.011s on my ‘94 H-550. They were pretty slinky but still drove the guitar well. Lots of punch.
-
For the record, Heritage ships their archtops with 12s on them. I, personally, would be a little concerned putting that much tension on the top with 14s. Vince Lewis, a jazz master and Heritage endorser, uses 11s and 10s on his Sweet 16s.
-
The headstock repair looks to be a pretty solid and clean job, too! Nice score!
-
Must be a pretty stiff neck to jump two guages without a tweak. Fantastic.
-
Apparently that was me… but it wasn’t I who disagreed with you, it was my big dumb clumsy scrolling thumb that took the low road there. My apologies; was not intentional. This has been rectified and replaced with a much more appropriate up vote; my fingers will be punished to the fullest extent of whatever my imagination can come up with for a witty and clever finger specific punishments. My thumbs laugh in the face of truth and physics.

MartyGrass started following H550: what a difference a gauge makes and Marvin lamb and his H150/H157?
-
I know he was involved in the H-157 staple single coil model. I think they made a few dozen.

Next time go to 20s!!

I own its twin. It sounds as great as I could want. -
Nope. Plays like a dream.
