You notice the thread never said "Your Favorite Heritage". I said 525 based on function and overall tone flexibility (not that the 525 isn't one of my very favorites).

 

I think a "which is your Favorite Heritage" thread, would have a different response from me, and probably Rob. ;D

Is the 576 beating out your Super because the latter is not stock, or because the 576 is more practical overall? 

 

To be honest, ingeneri, to be restricted to one Heritage, I'd have to choose the 576 because of its versatility; it's amazingly versatile (but not really stock...I'm not certain the boys will install Phat Cats, although I think I've heard they've done it).  It has woody warmth, middle position honk, and near Tele brightness at the bridge.  But make no mistake, Randy, the super Super is the most beautiful thing I've ever owned, and one marvelous guitar!! (...but maybe not "stock" with the P-90's; I think Ren said he didn't think they'd made six of them.)

I named my H535 The Warden.  It keeps the others in their guitar case prison cells! :police:

 

The Warden is pretty good too!  Very cool 8)

(OK, not completely stock --custom ordered with ebony fingerboard;

all three of mine were ordered with custom features, this one by me, other two by Wolfe or original owner.)

No mystery about what my choice would be and I already own it. H150 Chestnut burst with Seths.

Mightve mentioned how much I love it.

I am a agressive hard rockin MOFO... These Guitars Got the MOJO....Started me off on a Black Limba Fetish!!!

 

A close second, either of my 2001 Millie Limited Editions, with Seths.

Tommorow I must do a Gig...

Everytime a question... witch guitars I bring with me.... and witch I play the most???

 

It could be my Valley Arts Custom pro.

It could be my Very Mint Gibson Les paul The Heritage elite (Not a The Heritage)

But... I think... the winner is... because this guitar is so alround with Vario Phase and Split coils.... my '88 - 535!!!! Yeah!!!!

I'm close with my 535,  but I would have to move it up to a 555 in Cherry.  Love the ebony fretboards,  and I've got a thing for that gold hardware.  I would upgrade to either HRWs or perhaps some Antiquities.  Now... how many amps can we have to go with that puppy?  >:D

I would have to go with my H-140..Mainly because it is the only Heritage I have..LOL  But, it is a tone Monster,especially through my old Gibsonette amp.

My choice would be my H 535. Or my H 555, but I don't know her to well so far...

It would be between my H-140 and H-137, hard choice to make, but it would probably be the H-140.

 

the top on that 140 is SICK!!!!!
