Original pickups and wired with the DVIP system, another innovation by Heritage. This wiring system allows full humbuckers, split coil bridge and/or neck pickup as well as the ability to put both pickups out of phase using a knob to vary the degree each is out of phase. Has a floating block in the body cavity which stretches from the neck to the bridge, but is not attached to the bottom of the insides. Keeps the guitar from being a full hollow-body but helps control feedback. Beautifully bound wooden pickguard
