Born and raised in North Dakota.

Went to UND (still home of the Fighting Sioux).

Played Fenders in high school and college.

Stayed an extra semester because jazz band took a priority over graduating.

Took a hiatus for 30 years raising three kids (Vicki, Jessi, and Matthew) and working for Honeywell in Phoenix, Mpls, Washington State, and Rhode Island.

Now work for L-1 doing biometrics.

With the kids all out on their own I started going to jams about 2007.

Ran into a set of Heritage guitars at a Moses Oakland jam in Chanhassen and had to get one.
