Chrome Cleaners?

Anybody have something they use that cleans dull spots or blemishes on their Chrome or Nickel guitar parts. I recently purchased a H-575 that has some dull spots on the finish of the tail-piece and the PUP Covers, and I would love to know if someone knows of something that would bring the luster back without further damaging or tarnishing the metal.

A buddy told me to try Wright's Silver Cream to clean the cigarette smoke resins from my car windows. It worked like a champ. I have also used it on a lot of other things since. Guitar parts included.
