schundog Posted September 24, 2010 Posted September 24, 2010 You always have some cool, muted lighting in your indoor pics; Florida humidity?! I dunno, but those are certainly both stunners, and one of a kinds. BTW, was that Fred's strap on your 150?! Just sayin'. Thanks for the pics!

No I would never have fred's strap in my home ... never..

High Flying Bird Posted September 24, 2010 Posted September 24, 2010 No I would never have fred's strap in my home ... never.. Boy, you want that strap so bad you would let Fred flail your buttocks with it. Fred does look pretty nice in his leather mask though.... but not near as nice as Steiner's Mary Lou Retton inflatable sex doll.
Steiner Posted September 24, 2010 Posted September 24, 2010 At least you didn't mention the Nancy Karigan doll; just like we agreed. Next time I'll fill you in on the secret super-charger boost button in her right knee And yes, FZepp did look good, dressed to the nines, in his leather!
tulk1 Posted September 24, 2010 Posted September 24, 2010 Lance, I think I'd find whoever threw those dice at your new guitar and give 'em whatfor!! You gotta be a bit p'od about that!!! ................ The pics are nice, tho'.
FredZepp Posted September 24, 2010 Posted September 24, 2010 Very Nice Pics... great job again, Lance. It is helpful for the HOC to be able to see new guitar porn of the guitars that we know and love.... And you managed some great shots of the 150's top and captured the allure of the natural finish on that 575.... And I'd guess, my pics helped you get a proper strap for that 150... see how effective we can be..... with just a few words and a pic.....

I have some heritage straps, four to be exact, three leather and one nylon, my problem is I have five Heritage guitars...
FredZepp Posted September 24, 2010 Posted September 24, 2010 I have some heritage straps, four to be exact, three leather and one nylon, my problem is I have five Heritage guitars... You have more Heritage straps than anyone...!!! I see the direction of your quest now... again, good luck on acquiring that fifth one. ( I should have tried one or two of the Nylon ones also.... )
Guest HRB853370 Posted September 27, 2010 Posted September 27, 2010 Big Bob, er, Lance, I didn't know Heritage even made straps, where are they obtainable? Honestly, your 150 would look much better with top hat knobs, not those "dicey knobs", unless you are playing 50's or rockabilly, just my opinion. Very beautiful guitar porn!

I am playing 50's and rockabilly, and surf.. and I think you are correct, it does look better with top hats... thats the fun of parts that can easily be swapped.. you can go gaudy, and then go back. in defense of the dice, I did make them myself..
212Mavguy Posted September 27, 2010 Posted September 27, 2010 I like the dice! That guitar is very special, so it deserves them. Custom for custom. Why have knobs that look like every one else's? Peace.
Guest HRB853370 Posted September 27, 2010 Posted September 27, 2010 Thats great that you made them, and if you play that music, it goes well. There is a local Atlanta Rockabilly band called the Psycho Devilles and Hot Rod Walt has them on his Gretsch archtop guitar. Its not a knock at all, just my opinion. Cool that you can swap them in a heartbeat.
