Mikenov Posted September 7, 2007 Posted September 7, 2007 Hi all, I wanted to share a picture of my H150. Not sure about the version, I think its a deluxe. Its got Duncan 59's in it and Sounds awesome. Thing is HEAVY though. I was curouis about the chambered H150's they were doing before they shut down. If anyone has played or owns one I would love to hear what they think. Thanks ! -Mike The Heritage.jpg The Heritage.jpg_thumb
Thundersteel Posted September 7, 2007 Posted September 7, 2007 Welcome to the H.O.C.! Nice 150! I currently have a 157, and just pulled the trigger on a 150 with P90s. The new Les Pauls are chambered, and a lot of the "purists" don't like them specifically for that reason. But if the "light weight" 150s are anything like the Guild Bluesbirds, you will love it!
Dick Seacup Posted September 7, 2007 Posted September 7, 2007 Didn't the factory make a 150P with a light(er) weight poplar body? I wonder if they made those with weight relief, and if so, how much they'd weigh. Welcome to the Club, Mikenov!
holdgaj Posted September 28, 2007 Posted September 28, 2007 I have a 150LW Chambered - I'm very happy with the tone. I use it for Jazz playing, and can get a great Jazz/Blues vibe - the clean tones are amazing.
