Thundersteel Posted October 7, 2010 Posted October 7, 2010 All right! What's up with the new forum layout? Is anyone else having trouble seeing quoted material?
Administrator Posted October 8, 2010 Posted October 8, 2010 You snuck in while maintenance and upgrades were happening. That is very interesting, as the board was in offline mode. Enjoy the new look; I'll be updating the "theme" over the next couple of days, assuming I can find the time.

High Flying Bird Posted October 8, 2010 Posted October 8, 2010 Is this what happens when you change a transformer? I like the new look!
FredZepp Posted October 8, 2010 Posted October 8, 2010 Oh yeah... it's going to be interesting to find the new features, like the move this post up or down button. And I like the gallery pics at the top of the 4'um.
chico Posted October 8, 2010 Posted October 8, 2010 I'm with ya FZ, the photos up top are righteous. gonna take some getting used to. I laughed when I read HFB's transformer line. Thanks, I needed that. Looks good!

tulk1 Posted October 8, 2010 Posted October 8, 2010 I already miss the "TOP" button that took you back up when you were at the bottom of a long thread. I found that to be very useful. Other than that, the look is fine. Gotta look like something.
Jazzpunk Posted October 8, 2010 Posted October 8, 2010 Wow, the new digs are fancy! I feel under dressed. Off to search for that tie that I own...

TalismanRich Posted October 8, 2010 Posted October 8, 2010 Sorry... must have the address wrong. I was looking for the HOC. Is that down the block? Somebody has been doing some renovations!
NoNameBand Posted October 8, 2010 Posted October 8, 2010 I like the new look. It will take some getting used to. Is there a spell check and if so, how does it work? I see it underlines incorrect spellings, but can it make corrections? Was anyone aware of this upcoming event? What are the supposed improvements?

Right click on the underlined word and replace it with whatever looks better. The administrator has been talking about doing this upgrade for about a year. I think he needs to learn some time management skills.
Guest mgoetting Posted October 8, 2010 Posted October 8, 2010 I say the administrator should double his salary. Nice job, sir.
