big bob Posted October 22, 2010 Posted October 22, 2010 UPS shows it is still in Louisville. Fred lives about an hour and a half from there and his last 7 post had an IP address of a hotel near the airport in Louisville. I can see him dressed as a ninja creeping up on the box and all of a sudden Talisman Rich pops out, dressed the same and puts Fred in a choke hold. I think I am going to call the cops. Heritage makes so few Firebirds that they don't have a case for them. They ship in a gig bag. That has me so nervous that I am shaking like a dog shitting a peach seed. I'll call the boss in the morning. He know that it is coming. Just a week and a half after he took took delivery of his new BMW. I am going to spot him from the cops soon and take photos of him winding it out on Martin Rd. He will understand. Now you know how I felt when we drove into Kalamazoo, and you wanted to go eat before picking up my custom at Kate's. I hope you also remember my glow for the rest of PSP iii. Have a great Day, you deserve it brother.

And .. strangely, I had similiar thoughts when you mentioned Louisville.. not so far away. But I had not accounted for Talisman Rich in my scenario either... I had not prepared for the unexpected.. ]

It is supposed to be here by 10:30 central. A pluming truck just caused me to run into a wall. Wait a minute...............

Let us know sometime, maybe? No hurry ...
tulk1 Posted October 22, 2010 Posted October 22, 2010 But I had not accounted for Talisman Rich in my scenario either... I had not prepared for the unexpected.. You must prepare for the Known, the Unknown, the Known Unknown and the Unknown Unknown. Only then can your start to understand the mystical Sigma of Six and it's many Managements of Projectiss.
LK155 Posted October 22, 2010 Posted October 22, 2010 Um, Bird...... Don't you think you should do some yardwork before you open that box? I mean, look at all those leaves waiting to be raked. And the garden could be freshened up a bit too. Don't you think?
FredZepp Posted October 22, 2010 Posted October 22, 2010 How cool that is.... the UPS guy at the door.... What a great pic to start us off....
eljay Posted October 22, 2010 Posted October 22, 2010 this reminds of the story of people huddled around the telegraph room of a big hotel in nyc while the titantic disaster was happening--only this time it's a happy event--waiting anxiously for reports of new developments! now . . . some of us are huddling around our monitors. [according to the late paul harvey, the telegrapher was david sarnoff (who would go on to found RCA) and he stayed at his post for something like 40 hours.] we'll give Bird 1/2 hour to rake the leaves, then he needs to come across with pics! eljayster

I used to like Paul Harvey! (even though I didn't always agree w/his politics).
