NoNameBand Posted December 14, 2010 Posted December 14, 2010 I'm 99% sure I saw the female guitar player on the Letterman Show last night with a Blue H-150. Did anyone else see that?
Patrick Posted December 14, 2010 Posted December 14, 2010 I'm 99% sure I saw the female guitar player on the Letterman Show last night with a Blue H-150. Did anyone else see that? I did see that. I was not able to get a real good look at the head stock, but it was definitely shaped like the Heritage design. The quick look I did get at the head stock showed it to be a bit more ornate that the normal from Heritage. It could have just been the binding. Are the head stocks on Millys typically bound? She always has a great guitar with her. She plays them pretty well also. I love to notice things like that when I watch these shows. The main reason I used to watch the original SNL was to see just what G. E. Smith was going to show up with. Talk about a great guitar collection!! That guy had them ALL!! Played his ass off too.
FrankV Posted December 14, 2010 Posted December 14, 2010 So what's her name? I'm lusting for a blue 150. Can't justify it with kid's tuition, heating oil, food. I hate being responsible sometimes!

I'm pretty sure the headstock was a Heritage the way it narrows from bottom to top and has the point in the middle. I'm sure thats what I saw. I thought it was pretty cool. Not to mention, Blue. By the way Patrick. I gave you a nice plug on the "Special Invitation To New Members" thread yesterday.

Letterman did mention her name a couple of times over the past year or so, but I can't seem to remember it. She has a real good stage look and presence . . and if she's good enough to be a part of a Paul Shaffer project for this long, then she's got game!! Paul is the absolute epitome of a virtuous musician and an accomplished professional. From what I've read about him, if you're anything less than totally competent and professional, you're out. Paul could snap his fingers and have over 50 guitarists audition for second guitar chair on the Letterman show. She's always got great guitars . . . mostly Strats. I'm gonna watch again tonight. I've noticed with her, that she'll stick with a guitar for a few days in a row before changing off.
mars_hall Posted December 14, 2010 Posted December 14, 2010 Felicia Collins? I just googled it and am not sure
GuitArtMan Posted December 14, 2010 Posted December 14, 2010 It's been a while since I've watched Letterman, but I seem to remember her favoring Hamers. At least in the way back days...

Guess I will have to watch an episode to find out what this is all about. If its true, Heritage would be smart to put her on the endorsers list!
FredZepp Posted December 14, 2010 Posted December 14, 2010 I did some searching this morning after reading this and couldn't come up with a pic or vid with the Heritage. It does seem like she likes Strats and Hamers. It would be cool to come up with a pic of her with a blue 150....
Patrick Posted December 14, 2010 Posted December 14, 2010 Felicia Collins? I just googled it and am not sure Yep! That's it. That's the name I remember.
mars_hall Posted December 14, 2010 Posted December 14, 2010 The full length videos of the Letterman show lag by about three days, so someone should be able to snag it and get a pic of her in a couple of days.
