je00143 Posted January 25, 2011 Posted January 25, 2011 I am still relatively new to the Heritage genre. I have a 575. What is the difference, other than single pickup, between a 575 and a Sweet 16 - other than a lot of green pictures of dead Presidents?
Kuz Posted January 26, 2011 Posted January 26, 2011 Carved Spruce top, longer scale 25.5, ebony fretboard, fancier inlays,......
skydog52 Posted January 26, 2011 Posted January 26, 2011 I don't own or have ever played a H-575. I do own a Sweet 16 and a H-550. With the spruce top I find the Sweet 16 more acoustic and airy sounding. It's also alot lighter in weight. I am new to the H-550 but find I can play many different styles with it. Could be just the extra pickup and maple top. My 2cents
