can't wait to see YOUR pics and hear some clips! (hint, hint). Something tells me not much else is going to get any playing time for a while.

Well, I am sure an action adjustment, new strings, and intonation, will take up much of the day.... but I will get around to shooting some pics if anyone is interested (LOL).

I know you may need to make some adjustments for temp and humidity changes, but I thought they restring and setup at Wolfe's?

Personally I do that stuff myself, and it allows me to get to know the guitar.

Please take some pics of the cutaway. I love how they craft that.

Here's my mini-GE's horn.

Yes , yes.. some NGD pics would be very nice indeed.

You probably won't have the nice bright sunlight to work with like MartyGrass's sweet shots above.

But we'd love to see more of the new Heritage in your stable.

Well, after many year I have learned that ONLY I will spend the HOURS it take to get the action right where I like it.

As far as strings go, it will IMMEDIATELY be restrung with Thomastik George Benson Round wound 12s!!!! :icon_thumright:

That is very exciting John! Like you, anticipating a new box...i went over to Petes AGAIN yesterday to check out the ES 175, take over some pots, P-90 spacers and chat with Pete.

I hope you have fun setting her up!

We negotiated a 2nd day air so it could get here today with the weather in the low 60s... next week, who knows what the weather will be.

Did I mention....IT'S HERE, THE EAGLE HAS LANDED!!!!!

Peter Green will love that guitar, as will I of course. It's great that you are able to buy such a wonderful instrument, well done.
