dantahoua Posted March 8, 2011 Posted March 8, 2011 Hello! I would like to know if Heritage already made some h-175 with maple neck and ebony fingerboard (like some h-555)? I'm really a fan of the 3 pieces maple neck and ebony fretboard. I'm trying to find one on ebay but for 1 year now I never saw one with such a neck.
dantahoua Posted March 8, 2011 Author Posted March 8, 2011 Arrrg! I was not waked up well! I was talking about a 575... Not a 175... Sorry. Maybe a moderator can edit the title ? Thanks

DeLorean Posted March 8, 2011 Posted March 8, 2011 Yes, my H-575 Custom has an ebony board (as will my H-357, I like ebony...). Both mentioned guitars also have wider fingerboards. Don't be afraid of ordering one the way you want it, that is one of the great things about Heritage Guitars.
Steiner Posted March 8, 2011 Posted March 8, 2011 Greetings Dantahoua! Welcome to the collective. You have chosen well. The 575 is a stellar guitar capable of many styles. That, and they look bitchin' too I don't recall any 575s with maple necks except this example. I've heard about another in the works. Heritage will build it! You gotta Love a custom shop when you can have it Your way!
dantahoua Posted March 9, 2011 Author Posted March 9, 2011 Great! Beautiful 575! I would love to try it! I think first that I will try to find a 555 used with ebony and maple. Next (read when I have enough money), I would go with custom ordered 575 and millenium! Nice Mahogany back and nice neck!
Spectrum13 Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 Show off! Don't think Heritage will do a three piece... just a five. Something about available wood.

I have a Les Paul 25/50 anniversarry and the neck is 3 pieces maple with 2 pieces "darker wood" (ebony, rosewood, mahogany?). I love it! And very, very, very stable!
big bob Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 if you ask real nice you can get one with an ebony board and no markers. oh and you can get it with no cut, and tap tuned, and with a one piece mahogany back, oh and 25 1/2 scale, oh and with rosewood binding, oh and a rosewood veneer headstock.

No Lance. You hang on to that for me. Don't you DARE sell that one unless it is to me. You'd like to think I am joking. That was the other guitar I wanted from Wolfe. It came down to that one and the 575 I got. Please, please, please don't sell that to anyone but me... unless you just have to. I say that like I have the money to buy it. haha.

Steiner Posted March 9, 2011 Posted March 9, 2011 Is that cutaway one yours, Steiner? Whoever that belongs to, it is just unbelievably beautiful. 'Tis. An inspiration of the eclectic brought to life by the magicians in Kalamazoo. I too had to ask real nice... They delivered in spades.
