H575 : One pup or two?

on my Custom 575 I think I flipped to the bridge once.... On accident.

 

But seriously, I think on rare occasions it's nice to go in the middle/both pups position. But I don't do the bridge only.

 

Last thing, don't get the opinion that the 575 can't do classic jazz. On the Archtop shoot out of clips I recently posted, many couldn't identify the 575 from my Golden Eagle with a floater.
