tulk1 Posted April 23, 2011 Posted April 23, 2011 On seeing the wanted ad for a Millie SAE in the For Sale section, it made me nostalgic for my old one. Here's a small clip of my 2001 Millie SAE with lowly Schallers in action with Jon Gundry's H150Braz with ThroBaks. Not sure how to embed a .wmv that is just a file on my website, so you'll have to download. Sorry. http://eriador1.com/MillieSAE/kle-jon-jam.wmv
fxdx99 Posted April 23, 2011 Posted April 23, 2011 Ah... mamories. Interesting technique your bass player has. And shoulda given that good looking guy at the end more time - what is he, a model? But fun stuff - nice playing and tones! Quite a few amps/guits in that space have changed hands. I see Lyles vib'lux in the back... who ended up with your Mille. For that matter, who ended up w/John's Chicago Bluesbox?

tulk1 Posted April 23, 2011 Author Posted April 23, 2011 The only trade I can speak to is my Millie. Sold it to a guy here in town. The shop he worked in eventually became a Heritage dealer. But alas, they closed this past Feb. Trying to work a deal helping a fellow HoC'er get that guitar. .......... since I can't get it back, myself. Didn't Kuz end up trading the Chicago BB for something? The male stripper model at the end of the vid clip --- couldn't figure out how to edit out that part, so I left it in. Gotta love the chicken neckin' on that bass player!!! Ooops, John was responding as I was posting -- corrected on where the BBox is.
LK155 Posted April 25, 2011 Posted April 25, 2011 Ah, jeez, Kenny, why did you have to post that video? Just reiterates the fact that the rest of us wannabe's are just, well, wannabe's. I may never again play at a PSP. (Thunderous applause ensues.) But it's still nice to see the amazing HOC talent that's out there.
