Here she is looking a damn site cleaner than yesterday, thinking I might just leave as is for now,see if I like her....if so a refinish...if not sell as is....Do the impressed numbers mean its a secon.I notice a peice of mahogany was let in at the headstock as theres no sign of a break in the paint I think it went out like this from the factory.

Heres a few pics...cannot wait to hear her

2 and BGN = 2nd and Bargain ( BGN = probably was never sold in a retail store). And it looks like you really got a Bargain, for sure. :icon_thumright: That could explain the extra piece of mahogany. That headstock IS beat up, but who cares? What a neat, old Heritage. BTW, if you decide to sell, please put me on your list. If I have the $s at the time ... well, who knows. Enjoy your really cool and somewhat rare Heritage. Awesome guitar!!!

Needs more switches and controls. :drunken_smilie:

+1 With alls those switches I'd never get it to sound right, I'd be flippin' swtches by accident while I was strummin'.

Very cool guitar, what's the scale length?

I sure would like a short/scale tele with a 12" radius and chunky neck.
