H555rocks Posted July 28, 2011 Posted July 28, 2011 Hey guys, I was in at Wolfe Guitars today and Jay told me to spark something up on here so here you are... Graham said the price would be around 2700-2800 or even a slight bit less.

Spectrum13 Posted July 28, 2011 Posted July 28, 2011 HFB had THE Heritage Semi Crowbar Gold top! If we are lucky he will post a fine photo for us!
High Flying Bird Posted July 28, 2011 Posted July 28, 2011 I sold this one to a buddy. I can play it any time I want and I have the Firebird now.
Genericmusic Posted July 28, 2011 Posted July 28, 2011 That is one serious instrument! A regular rock-a-billy machine.
Thundersteel Posted July 28, 2011 Posted July 28, 2011 I must be the only one that doesn't like Gold Tops. I'd rather see the wood.
MartyGrass Posted July 28, 2011 Posted July 28, 2011 I must be the only one that doesn't like Gold Tops. I'd rather see the wood. I felt the same way until I owned a goldtop. Then I liked mine but still thought everyone else's looked gaudy. Tonight I'm holding a blue guitar. I guess I'm broadening my tastes. Or maybe I've just given up caring.
big bob Posted July 28, 2011 Posted July 28, 2011 Isn't that a Goldtop 535 and not a 555? +1 Dots on the neck..
donnie Posted July 28, 2011 Posted July 28, 2011 Has Graham sold this thing yet?? I'm afraid to even go online until it's gone...

MartyGrass Posted July 29, 2011 Posted July 29, 2011 I thought you sold it. I did sell it. That doesn't mean I can't touch it! The buyer will pick it up when he gets to Kalamazoo in the next few days.
the jayce Posted August 5, 2011 Posted August 5, 2011 Isn't that a Goldtop 535 and not a 555? I to love seeing the grain too but theres somthing about a gold top or black beauty that can hang with the best of flames and quilted tops, they have been around since the 50's and still going strong. Dont know why but those are the only solid colors that can. I love em!

SofaPlayer Posted August 5, 2011 Posted August 5, 2011 Wolfeguitars had a H555 GT with Bigsby a while ago, loaded with Phat Cats. It sounded aweseome (and looked likewise).
