tbonesullivan Posted August 25, 2011 Posted August 25, 2011 Currently: Carvin Vintage 16 Carvin MTS3212 combo Carvin X-100B fuzzy half stack Carvin X-100B reissue head + 2x12 avatar cabinet with texas heat speakers Mesa Boogie DC-5 Marshall TSL122 The TSL122 needs some work. Something is wrong with the clean channel where it picks up a lot of oscillations and it's got more background noise than the LEAD channels. Also it seems to have no top end.
smurph1 Posted August 25, 2011 Posted August 25, 2011 In chronological order, a '59 Gibson "Gibsonette" 8 watt tube amp with a 10 inch speaker, a '67 "Blackface" Fender Bassman 50 watt tube head with original 2x12 cab, and a 2010 Peavey Classic 30..which I use on stage cause the others are too old and fragile..

schundog Posted August 25, 2011 Author Posted August 25, 2011 Epiphone Jr Half stack (in it's natural state - unmodified) - a proud 5 watts. There. Put that in your pipe and smoke it! Fender Champ 600. Wow, some people get a little cranky just because there is a hurricane headed their way!! Seriously, stay safe. Oh, and I didn't forget to list a HRD, or, as I believe you may refer to it, a TURD. haha. I never owned one, but I did play them before and thought their cleans were pretty good. I did have 2 Hot Rod Deville 2X12 amps at different times. WAY too heavy for me to lug up and down the basement stairs whenever I would want to take it out.
schundog Posted August 25, 2011 Author Posted August 25, 2011 All of mine were home made, not sure if they count No, they don't count. Go to GC and get a Mustang I, and send me those silly home made jobs.
DetroitBlues Posted August 25, 2011 Posted August 25, 2011 I guess I could mention mine, but there is not much to except my 22 watts of tonal bliss. KBP810 Reverb Deluxe (Just like the "Real Thing", only better!) I've had the following at one point: Gorrilla 10W (1991) Fender Frontman 10G (2001) Fender Champ 600 (2009) Fender Super Champ XD (2010) Bugera V22 (2010) Jet City JCA 2112 (2010) Peavey Valveking 112 (2011) Soon to have an Epiphone Valve Junior that will be modified really, really soon after!

tbonesullivan Posted August 25, 2011 Posted August 25, 2011 Ah of course, how could I forget my OTHER rig: Carvin B800 through carvin BR210 and BR115 cabinets. 800 watts of OOOMPH.
jjkrause84 Posted August 25, 2011 Posted August 25, 2011 Lots of KILLER amps in this thread! All I have is my JTM45 and a 2x12 cab (maybe I'll take a better pic later). Oh, I still have my Blackstar Artisan, but I'm trying to get rid of it. 450 GBP + shipping if any UK members want it!
