lavern23 Posted September 9, 2011 Posted September 9, 2011 Well its here. It's a 1997 Heritage Eagle Classic. I'm sure it won't be my last.
barrymclark Posted September 9, 2011 Posted September 9, 2011 You're killing me. I want an eagle classic so bad its ridiculous.
High Flying Bird Posted September 9, 2011 Posted September 9, 2011 That's a good looking guitar. Congrats!
DetroitBlues Posted September 9, 2011 Posted September 9, 2011 Very nice! I saw a Godin like that today, but its not a sharp as a Heritage!
lavern23 Posted September 9, 2011 Author Posted September 9, 2011 Yes, it's almond sunburst. I have several flavors of guitars and it is my favorite. I just plugged it up and wow! I'm toast.
bebove64 Posted September 9, 2011 Posted September 9, 2011 It's a beautiful amazing axe!!!!!!!! Congrats!
Kuz Posted September 9, 2011 Posted September 9, 2011 Heritage archtops are up there with the finest built instruments by individual luthiers. They are just timeless and get better the more you play them, congrats!
MartyGrass Posted September 9, 2011 Posted September 9, 2011 I like that it has the inlays. While they are not mandatory, they do help orient hand position on the neck when watching TV in a darkened room.
Gitfiddler Posted September 9, 2011 Posted September 9, 2011 I really like that one!! The original style tailpiec remains my favorite. Congratulations!
Hfan Posted September 9, 2011 Posted September 9, 2011 Beautiful. Spruce top? I want one some day, that's a real jazz box. Enjoy.
Steiner Posted September 10, 2011 Posted September 10, 2011 Careful Lavern23, this is the same place I started. Almond burst Eagle Classic; it's a great ride! Enjoy!
lavern23 Posted September 10, 2011 Author Posted September 10, 2011 Thanks for all the kind words and thanks to fredzepp for rotating my pic the correct way. Well now I'm in a dilemma. I have always wanted a Guild artist award and had the chance to get one the day after this one was shipped. The eagle classic is awesome. Will the Guild AA be that much more awesome?
