es125luv Posted May 14, 2008 Posted May 14, 2008 I get tired of lusting after Korina Flying V's... has anyone ever seen a Heritage Flying V? No pinks, no floyds, no super points, I am talking EXACT specs to the original 1959 model. Korina with gold hardware? This would really fill a big gap in my Heritage collection. I have seen the blue firebird, so I definately know this is possible for this company. I actually wouldn't mind the stock Heritage headstock either!!!
brentrocks Posted May 14, 2008 Posted May 14, 2008 i would call a local dealer and ask them to ask Heritage if they were up for it? you never know what they might say?
PacerX Posted May 14, 2008 Posted May 14, 2008 When I was there a couple of years ago, there was an unpainted Flying V body underneath the counter in the final inspection room.
Thundersteel Posted May 14, 2008 Posted May 14, 2008 When I was there a couple of years ago, there was an unpainted Flying V body underneath the counter in the final inspection room. Maybe they're still in the process of sanding it!
slider313 Posted May 15, 2008 Posted May 15, 2008 That would be great. And an Explorer too !!! Korina to '58 specs. It shouldn't be a problem with copyright infringment as Hamer makes both models. I'll take one of each...........please.
es125luv Posted May 15, 2008 Author Posted May 15, 2008 yes! let's get this going. anything has GOT to be better than that reverse flying v model that the other guys made!!!
squawken Posted May 15, 2008 Posted May 15, 2008 I would definitely be on board for a Heritage V! I have an ESP Michael Schenker that I like, but doesn't have the mojo of a heritage
Gitfiddler Posted May 15, 2008 Posted May 15, 2008 Heritage should produce a V. If for no other reason, just to poke another stick in the eye of Gbrand's poor attempt at it. Plus, it would sell. To me, the Hamer V is one of the best looking one's out there...and I'm not a V player.
