schundog Posted September 23, 2011 Posted September 23, 2011 Nice playing and tone, man. A belated "Welcome" to to HOC to you! Are Seth Lovers great pickups, or what?! I love them in my H-155 Millenium. As mentioned before, your other guitars are VERY interesting, and quite a departure from the everyday guit!
fxdx99 Posted September 23, 2011 Posted September 23, 2011 Very cool - great tone and playing right there! Like the nods to Duane/Dickey.
rockabilly69 Posted September 23, 2011 Author Posted September 23, 2011 Bolero - LaLlama translates to "THE FLAME" in Spanish:) Shundog - For my original songs, I wanted original guitars that ventured from the status quo, here's one of original songs.. http://www.soundclick.com/bands/page_songInfo.cfm?bandID=842179&songID=7511026 FXDX99- Allman Bros "Beginnings" was my first favorite album, and I learned to play slide listening to Duane. Then, years later, when I joined my first country band, I found Dickies style to be way better than anything else I heard out there. It was his major key licks that opened my ears to soloing in that genre.
