Anyone have Burstbuckers in their 150?

I have been enamored lately with tone of my Bonamassa Studio that has a Burstbucker 3 and 2 in it. I have been tempted to switch out the 59's in my heavy 150 (10 pounds) with the Burstbuckers. At times it seems the 59's just don't cut through it all, and the guitar needs a little more to push it. If anybody has this set-up let me know what you think.

The 59's are naturally a muddy/ groggy /sickly sounding pick up . Throw those burst buckers in it, you wont be sorry! Bring that beast of a 150 to life.

The gibson burst bucker pro's are probably the best sounding pickup ever designed, and the standard gibson burst buckers are basically just as good. I want to throw some bb/ pro's in my 157 but they cost a fortune.

Hey Squawken~Burstbucker 1's and 2's are my favorite of the Gibson p'ups for solid body gits. I have a set in my '01 Gary Moore LP and whoa baby, they sound great.

Haven't tried the BB 2's, 3's or Pro's yet, but it sounds like they are your preference. Check Ebay and I bet you'll come up with a set.

Sickly? I beg your pardon and beg to differ. As far as G's best pickups ever, I like the 57 classics and think they compete well with Burstbuckers!
