A good band to play it in! Tight and solid rhythm section; another guitarist to trade with; a tasteful, toneful, reserved sax player; and a solid B-3 to comp with.

A hot and sexy female lead singer (or male lead singer if you are in an all female band) that you can stare at while playing!

First thing I did to ALL my Heritages as soon as I got them............. Schaller Strap Locks!!!

Sorry ... best accessory is strings. They don't make much noise without them. :icon_santa:

And since Johnboy brought up stap locks ... I've been using these - Strap Loxx. Love 'em. Don't let the small footprint put you off. Worth trying at least one set.

There's no question about what the best add-on is.

Time. Time to play it. Time to relax with it. Time.

Well said.

As far as strap locks go, I got a set of these. Simple, inexpensive, and no altering of your instrument required, as they slip over the factory Heritage strap pins:

Time.

Oh, and +1 on what everybody else said, too, especially the B3! A well played Hammond B3 is the shiznit!

I'd have to say---INSPIRATION! I know practice makes semi-perfect or at least better---but when I hear something in the middle of the day and can't wait to get home to try it and finally find that TIME (+1) and work and work and work until I finally learn the song--it's just an awesome thing.
