Question about my Heritage H-140

Greetings!

I recently purchased a Heritage H-140. It seems to me that the body is considerably smaller than that of a Les Paul. Is this correct or am I just imagining things. I haven't played a Les Paul in years. I love the body shape, by the way. Way better than a Les Paul.

The 140's upper bout is slightly narrower, the body is considerably thinner. The 150 is more like a "normal" Les Paul. Welcome to the HOC and fellow 140 owner! By the way.....

140s have the best of both worlds...

slimmer, lighter construction and killer tone! i have had a few over the years and all of them have been great guitars.

Man..What is that bridge PU? Looks like a Filtertron or something..

It's a rio-grande crunch box.

Wow..Never heard of it..How's it compare with say a stock H pickup, like a Schaller or a Seth?

Way hotter, it's wound to 16K, splits nice

CXN.jpgWith 12 Mega-Polepieces for fine tuning string balance, this pickup redefines pure power, destruction, & has a flatout "Take No Prisoners" attitude. Remember, if you can't budge it, get a bigger hammer! Recommended for bridge position. 4-conductor cable.

Here's the picture of mine. It's been posted to this forum already but here it is...

It seems to me that it's much easier to get to the upper frets on the 140 than it is on a Les Paul. This guitar is just perfect.
