If anyone is in the JC120 market...

There is one at the Sam Ash used in Marietta GA. Bright Switch. Heavy Duty Switches. No effects loop.

 

I played through it and it sounds nice. Some wear but not tragic looking by any means.

 

They are asking $500 for it.

ah, should of known. Barry practically endorses them like I endorse KBP Amplification!

Not the JC120. DIfferent beast. Not a modeller. Been around since 1975.

 

Either way.. a good amp is a good amp. ;)

I have a JC77...basically a 120 with 10's (instead of 12's...the 120 is a BEAST!)...love it! It's great for clean jazz playing, or to use with pedals.

Sorry Barry but the amp is too friggin heavy to haul around. Great amp and much more versatile that its name indicates. Very good price too. Roland makes good stuff.

We are in agreement there! haha. That is one HEAVY amp. haha.
