April Posted January 17, 2012 Posted January 17, 2012 Inherited an H-535 Roy Clark from my grandfather. This is my first Heritage. I must say I'm very very impressed by the quality of this instrument. WOW .... Very beautiful guitar
DC Ron Posted January 18, 2012 Posted January 18, 2012 Great guitar! I have both a 535 and a Roy Clark from this era. Always thought the Roy was a single cut 535 until I put them side by side. Whoa! The cutaway on the Roy is significantly deeper and the neck, pickups and bridge/tailpiece have been moved "up" to provide at least an extra fret of access. Plus the headstock on the Roy is about 50% bigger. Both are great, the Roy is a winner.
