kidsmoke Posted January 27, 2012 Posted January 27, 2012 beautiful guitars. Clearly, a man of discriminating tastes. That's a bottle of Founders Centennial if I'm not mistaken. That's a cave I'd be pleased to spend time in. Enjoy the new 150!

The funny thing thing is I've been drinking Bell's Two Hearted for about three years. That's two years longer than I've owned a Heritage. I had no idea that Bell's was a local Kzoo beer, well Comstock.

kidsmoke Posted January 30, 2012 Posted January 30, 2012 Michigan is disproportionately loaded with craftsman, from the guitars we play to the beverages we drink. Quite a few badass engineers running around as well. Founders is internationally regarded as one of the finest craft brewers in the world. Bells is Fantastic, few miles SW is the Three Floyds brewery, and Chicago has a half dozen excellent breweries as well. We're spoiled down here on the southern shores of Lake Michigan. That Founders Centennial IPA is arguably my favorite, from what has become a flooded category. The owner started brewing in his dorm room in college for, well, for beer. I play music with his brother in law, who's a great drummer here in Chicago. Two Hearted is a great IPA as well.
