gpuma Posted February 9, 2012 Posted February 9, 2012 The picture police will be after you if you don't post one... I posted this in another topic about the finish of the guitar. The reddish color is not really there, it's a deep warm and dark brown. Here it is next to my Stat
Flat Posted February 9, 2012 Posted February 9, 2012 Here's mine. Bit of a plain jane, and my dull photo doesn't flatter her. But it is a fantastic guitar! This one is sort of a half-custom. Block inlays, binding on the neck, but not the headstock. I swapped in Seth Lovers early on.
sonar Posted February 9, 2012 Posted February 9, 2012 Pretty! I love wooden bridges on archtops, generally. My H575 came with a retro-fitted Gibson Nashville tune-o-matic, but I had a ABR-1 in my parts drawer and some AllParts nylon saddles, so I put those under the plain strings and set the pickup polepieces for balance and am very happy with the tone, balance, and transitions from string to string (not to mention intonate-ability).
Flat Posted February 9, 2012 Posted February 9, 2012 I noticed that there's a few different styles of tailpieces in the photos in this thread. I like Southpaw Guy's look the best. Has anybody ever seen an ebony tailpiece on a 575?
