According to KBP, there was Smurph1, Shundog, and 1 more amp in front of me so someone else is having something built.

Hmmm?

I saw another tweed deluxe build in progress when I was there. Wasn't for me though. Not sure who's its for. Didn't ask as I didn't see it leaving the house....

I wonder how many amps kbp is gonna have to drag with him to PSP lol.

I've thought about getting one, but I just have too many amps already... and too many guitars.

Yeah you can. I currently have.. uh... 7? Carvin X-100B series III, Carvin X-100B Series IV, Carvin Vintage 16, Carvin MTS3212, Carvin V3M, Marshall TSL122, Mesa Boogie DC-5...

I guess though, one big GLARING hole in my amp arsenal would be the lack of a fender-style amplifier for cleans, 'verb, and vibrato. Question is do I want to go more Princeton Reverb, or more Deluxe Reverb. I've heard the voicing of the princeton is a lot closer to the bassman.

I have 7 tube amps and 2 ss amps. I might order an 8th from KBP. Who knows. I don't have any Fender originals but I do have 3 Fender RI's, one is a Deluxe Reverb which is a hard amp to beat. Thought about a Princeton, but, for that price....might be better to go for a custom handwired.

IMHO, the 90's X-100B's are my favorites. I got one of the new reissues, and they just aren't the same. The 90's ones were rock monsters. The new ones are more bottom heavy and modern sounding.

I am really thinking about getting a Reverb Deluxe from KBP, unless I can find a silverface at a reasonable price. Not even gonna mess with the reissues, or the black face originals.
