Does anyone know if there Is a copy of the 2006 catalog stored anywhere on the web server? I've looked on the Heritage company archive site

http://wayback.archi...geguitar.com%2F

but there is nothing behind the link to the 2006 catalog.

Thanks SouthpawGuy. I found those links thanks, but one has 2005 in the filename. I followed the 2006 Models link to a second page which showed a Please download our complete 2006 Heritage Catalog

Maybe I misinterpreted and the above was refering to the link on left column, HOME page.

man I wish the 137 was in some of these , pretty sure they were in production then just left out for some reason . I'd love to score some old 137 promo stuff if I could .

You might consider contacting Jay Wolfe. I believe the 137 was one of his ideas.

I'm guessing the one labelled '05 was compiled in '05 for release in '06.

So I took you up on that and Mr. Wolfe got right back to me with some very nice notes on the 137

as per that email:

Here's some notes:

* Heritage made a H137 model in the early 90's w/ HB's and their roller bridge. Nice guitar

My Pal has one & it was in for a setup. I decided at that time to try to convince Heritage to make this guitar again with P-90's and a Pigtail bridge.

* Took a couple years to get the prototype- which I still have,

*Pigtail maker Steve Rowan died & they were not available for a while & they switched to a vintage style bridge

Meanwhile we tried many pickups in our prototype & the Lollars seemed most preferred by us all.* Began with Honduran Mahogany and later added some Korina versions.

* I'm very pleased with this guitar & many players tell me it's the best "sounding" LP JR style guitar they've ever heard. I agree.

In decades to come they will no doubt be prized on the vintage market.

Hope this helps. Jay Wolfe

In hindsight, the same thoughts have recently crossed my mind :unsure_mini:
