Cool... multiple Heritages made it to this gig.. It's great to play a great instrument.

It's hard to pick which one I like better.

What type of music are you guys playing here...?

Hey Plexirocker,

Nice guitars! I noticed you have multiple guitars in a guitar stand that holds them. What kind of guitar stand to you have, that doesn't harm the nitrocellulose finish on those beautiful Heritages? I'd like to get one, someday.

Heritages in action - nice! Couple of good one's there. What Mesa combo do you have? And what's the name of your band - Theory?

Thanks for the replys, I'll cover some questions

The music we play is the normal straight ahead rock stuff, Tom Petty, John Cougar, Bryan Adams with some other classic rock and some newer stuff like Kings of Leon, Finger Eleven and a little 80's pop rock mixed in. The Theory is the band name and it's a simple 3 Piece, Drummer does the lead singing, no sound guy needed, we handle it all and keep the pay in the family (I guess I'm the sound guy)most of the time I have one of the mains right off my ear so I can judge any levels. We soundcheck before EVERY gig to get it right

The guitar stand is a 5 place Rockstand brand rack. It's ideal for gigging because it's like a half size guitar case and closes compactly, easy to store and stays in the trailer, I don't worry about a finish issue as they are only in them during a gig. I've been using it for several years and it's very roadworthy

The combo is a Boogie DC-3, sounds splendid and it's very versatile, covers lots of sounds the we need to make the covers sound more authentic

I'm using a Warehouse Reaper 50 in the combo and in the Boogie 2-12 underneath it's a pair of the killer Boogie MC90's

Here's some pedal board pics and other guitars and amps

Ha ha thats funny Koula. You would have to leave a heritage or any other nitro finished guitar sitting on a stand for months at a time before it would damage or leave a mark! Don't sweat the small stuff.

I was just thinking the same thing!

You've got a nice collection going there Plexi - but my eyes were drawn straight to that old Marshall halfstack; I can hear rock tunes pouring out of it just looking at it.

--->I would be careful with any stand that has rubber or foam on it...my white Heritage showed yellowing on the finish after sitting in mine for a month

rather than keeping my guitars in cases I had them on one of those 7 guitar stands in the living room...worked out much better in principle because it was easier to grab any of them whenever I got the urge to play

I'm about to rip off the foam & just cover it in wraps of cotton cloth from a supply place...haven't decided on a colour yet

Great band shots! Excellent gear collection, you really have a well rounded collection going on. Looks like you have the tools to recreate any tone you want. awesome.
