Where are all the NGDs?

Over a year since my last NGD. It has been slow.

2 years for me, which is a stretch. I think it's a testement to Heritage though, I've been so happy with my 150 that I haven't been thinking about what I "need" in a new guitar. I just "want" another guitar that is as great as my 150.

Between priorities, projects, band needs and the economy I'm still in hold mode.

Lots of us on this forum have H-gas for this very reason. I wish to complete my bucket list before either materials or retirement limits (new) production. How much happyness is enough? One more and I'm done. YOMV

...like the gas in our cars.

"...in our cars..." ??? Many of us, here, are over fifty.... Is this comment as apt, as it might be?

koula,

I promise a photo when my new Millie is built, though we have a few months to wait.

Unfortunately, that just gives me time to reconsider my pickup choice.

There are no new Heritages in Australia. Kinda kills the ability to post NHGD,s.

I did manage to squeeze in a new acoustic and a cs strat in the last 2months. But apart from a local build that wont be done until july-sept Im prettty much happy with all I have. The cs took care of a lot of gas in one hit and the acoustic is a like a breath of fresh air to have. I got it for nothing and I cant stop playing it. Love it.

Hey, Mr B, which Cape are you from? I'm on Cape Ann.

koula,

I'm on THE Cape.

If James Brown were here, he'd say:

"Good Cod, Huhhh!"

Looks like were almost within kayak range.

Okay. Well, I'm on the Other Cape. Yes, actually, kayak right through Stellwagon Bank and you'd be there.

Welcome, neighbor! :)

Thanks, koula,

Though until sometime this summer, I'm only a provisional member of the cult.

My NGD happened recently and I posted some for some ID help in another thread.

Here's a better pic of the little baby (which is undergoing some serious cleaning and checking over).

According to the help on the other thread it's an old VIP system which should mean coil splits AND Var-I-Phase :D

Oh! That will give you tons of tonal options.
