On Heritages, I think it's a shame to get a painted Maple top. Go for the Burst.

Speak for yourself Tulk!!!

...beautiful guitars, but why did it take until I saw this pic for me to make the connection between this finish and the Fender three-color sunburst?

Next, Randy is going to have a maple fingerboard, sunsetburst 150, to match his early 70's Strat. I guess we all look for guitars that match a certain vision we have of what a guitar should look like. For me, that ideal look went from natural, in my tweens, to Sunburst, and especially the yellow to black variant.

It is a relief to have someone asking for a pic rather than sneaking them into threads:) I need to take some new pics sometime the SSB is the one on the right! Bare Knuckle Stormy Monday's bone nut. Thanks Golferwave.

It is quite a beautiful Heritage...

And it's cool that the pic, inspirational as it is, includes " the hand of Marv.. the creator"

Fred, NGD coming your way maybe?? Nice

Sadly .. no , not a new one coming my way.. But it is a favorite of mine in a great example of Heritage craftsmanship.

You can see the finished pics are quite nice..

Nice Pair Hfan!

Thanks Detroit.

That 525 is a beaut as are the others here. And I too noticed the aged hand holding the unfinished body, the hand of a master..
