Just arrived via UPS, my 2009 Prospect. It has '59 pickups, and a really cool truss rod cover. The set up is perfect and it plays like a dream.

Here's some more pictures: http://s1048.photobucket.com/albums/s380/Keith7940236/ Now my Eagle TDC has some company. Thanks for all of the posts that I have read over the past few months and getting me acquainted with this great line of beautiful guitars.

Congratulations! That looks VERY nice. I'd love to find a Prospect to try out.

What type of music do you like to play, Keith?

I started playing when I was 13 or 14, back when everyone wanted to be a folk musician. Now (many years later) I'm learning jazz. It's funny because I never had an urge to listen to or play that type of music. I decided to try to start playing again about 5 months ago and the teacher that I chose kind of turned me on to it. Now I can't get enough. I've obviously got a ways to go, but I'm loving every minute of the process.

That is nice. I quit playing for over 8 years and started back. The problem was that I wasn't any good then..... or now.

really nice find. I've been curious about prospects, smaller body size than the 535 I believe? Great finish as well.

Don't listen to Big Bob! Nice guitar. The Prospect reminds me of a 535-that went on Weight Watchers!

Jazz on a Prospect. Yeah, baby!! The Prospect is my favorite Heritage. I had one that is very similar to yours (Almond Burst). And I currently have a Prospect Custom order, with PhatCats. Congrats on picking up such a great looking - and playing - guitar.

Pretty guitar! Happy NGD!!!

That looks like a sister to mine, also a 2009. The grain and color are real close so it must play a sound awesome. Enjoy!

Thanks for all of the posts, I appreciate them. I was really surprised at how much different it plays from my Eagle TDC. What I have found is that it has made me appreciate all the more the "Jazz" sound from the Eagle. The Prospect is so easy to play, I love everything about it!!!
