if so, how do you like it....do you use any of the options to get different sounds ( tweed/jtm45/metal panel plexi/bass plexi ) & how do they sound?

Best amp i have owned....very versitile....lots of headroom, but loud as hell!

 

snag one if you find one!!!

No, but I do have a Patriot 2x12 combo and a Liberty head w/2x12 cabinet.

These are the sweetest 45 watt amps I've ever had the pleasure of playing through!

 

I can only imagine the mighty Colonial would also be amazing. Paul Cochrane and his team built incredible tone machines for Heritage Amplification.

have had mine since late '05 IIRC, still one of my all-time favorites. i can see the day (faintly, dim horizon) when i'll have to scale down amp ownage. i expect i'll have my Juke Coda and my Colonial. means i prefer them over my '64 Showman, which, like the Colonial, i use for both guitar and bass.

for recording i use the Colonial cab or similar or gig cab -> for gigs i use a multi-purpose little cab (p.a., keys, bass) made in Harbor Beach, MI (great guys)
