StephenK Posted May 28, 2012 Posted May 28, 2012 Any one have one? Would enjoy seeing a picture. Would also enjoy your review? What is the history with Heritage? How many produced? By Whom? Years? Thanks, Stephen
tulk1 Posted May 28, 2012 Posted May 28, 2012 Thats a rare beast, indeed. Much more so even than the mandolins. When I asked Marv about the banjos he just smiled and shook his head. Vince wasn't quite as kind about them. I've seen them mentioned at the banjohangout, but they were thought to be rim kits with a Heritage neck. We've seen a neck or two in the wood piles at the plant. But I've never seen a complete Heritage banjo. Would really like to get my hands on one, just for the grins (and pickin') of it.
StephenK Posted May 28, 2012 Author Posted May 28, 2012 Thanks, Turk. Sure would like to get my hands on a finished neck. A rim kit would be a nice winte project.
tulk1 Posted May 28, 2012 Posted May 28, 2012 If we could get a couple of necks, I'd pay you to put it with a rim kit. I can't make PSP this year, or I'd ask. Are you going? Looks like you're relatively close.
DetroitBlues Posted May 31, 2012 Posted May 31, 2012 Must be the same deal as the Heritage acoustics...
