Guest HRB853370 Posted June 4, 2012 Posted June 4, 2012 NHD for Brent is just another day in the life for him...lol! So is SHD (sold Heritage day).
Gitfiddler Posted June 4, 2012 Posted June 4, 2012 Knowing Brent, this is going to be something special! Or maybe just one moore.
Kuz Posted June 4, 2012 Posted June 4, 2012 Come on Brent, you can't leave us hanging!!!! We need to know moore!!!!!
Guest HRB853370 Posted June 4, 2012 Posted June 4, 2012 Another Moore? No more Moore. But it does say Heritage on the headstock.
Gitfiddler Posted June 4, 2012 Posted June 4, 2012 No Moore!? OK, maybe it's a Johnny Smith with a Kahler!?

MartyGrass Posted June 4, 2012 Posted June 4, 2012 That's a beautiful guitar, as I said in the fairly contentious thread about it. I have a solid body with EMGs (81 and 85). They are a force to be reckoned with. They are dead quiet though. I disagree with a comment made on TGP. They can be played clean very easily. Just let the amp do the work. I play very articulate and clean jazz on mine. Gary Moore was not stupid about guitars. He would not have his signature guitar be made with crappy pickups. Let us know the weight.
barrymclark Posted June 4, 2012 Posted June 4, 2012 Agreed, EMGs are VERY clean. I mean.... VERY clean. I rather dig them.

DetroitBlues Posted June 4, 2012 Posted June 4, 2012 looks like the cat is out of the bag Yep, got to watch out when many of us are on other forums besides this one. Very nice score. Some like EMG's, some don't. I played a strat with them, but didn't care for them. I've heard EMG's never lose there tone when the volume changes like passive pickups. Just remember EMG's use much lower value pots than passive pup's.... Should be fun to hear when you crank it up!
Guest HRB853370 Posted June 4, 2012 Posted June 4, 2012 Is there moore to come on this thread, like pics??? I bet there will be pics once it arrives to Paw Paw!
