HANGAR18 Posted June 5, 2012 Posted June 5, 2012 Alex Skolnick appears on That Metal Show and he is clearly seen playing a Heritage Guitar. http://www.vh1.com/video/that-metal-show/full-episodes/lars-ulrich/1673058/playlist.jhtml For those of you who don't regularly watch the show, in more recent seasons, celebrity musicians are given a few seconds to play a fancy riff prior to transitioning to a commercial. Each episode features a different interlude musician and this particular episode features Alex Skolnick (who, as you know, has his own signature model H150 which can be seen on the HeritageGuitar web site on the "Solid Bodies" web page). These musicians (what I am calling Interlude Musicians) are not the main guests of the show who are interviewed at great length but it is still cool to see them anyway. Notes: I know I suck at this whole blog thing and I couldn't find this information already posted on this site anywhere so my apologies to all if you all already knew any or all of this information. \m/ METAL RULES \m/
Joe Posted June 5, 2012 Posted June 5, 2012 I'm not a metal fan but I love "That Metal Show". It's funny and well done. I haven't seen Skolnick's episode yet but I will.
HANGAR18 Posted June 5, 2012 Author Posted June 5, 2012 That link I posted above is the full episode, just in case I didn't clarify that earlier.
Joe Posted June 6, 2012 Posted June 6, 2012 Thanks, didn't realize at first. A.S. is a fabulous player. That was fun.
