schundog Posted June 5, 2012 Posted June 5, 2012 Even though most of my stuff is pretty common, I feel pretty lucky to have it; I just realized that, other than the Peavey Classic 30, ALL of my current amps are Fender based. I may have to start thinking about expanding my sonic pallette.... Here's my stuff. Fender Super Champ XD; Great practice amp. http://i840.photobucket.com/albums/zz327/schundog/May2012118.jpg[/img]"]https:// Fender SilverFace Champ Peavey Classic 30 with a Weber Blue Dog speaker Fender Acoustisonic Jr. 30 Fender Blues Jr. with BillM mods and Eminence Texas Heat speaker. KBP810 Tweed Deluxe: 5E3 Fender Deluxe Reverb Re-issue, and it's new best friend, my Heritage 555.
DetroitBlues Posted June 5, 2012 Posted June 5, 2012 Nice stuff you guys! SCXD is one of those amps I should never have let go... But now at least they make it in a head version...

I think its such a great all around amp. Hey, how did my KBP amp get in your basement??
LK155 Posted June 5, 2012 Posted June 5, 2012 Just spent quite a while sifting through pictures of every vintage amp in my wildly diverse and extensive collection. Here it is....... Oh yeah, my huge pedalboard is in this shot too.

JeffB Posted June 5, 2012 Posted June 5, 2012 This one has less knobs(also, its in Mesa headshell thats too big) But since 1986-87 Ive only used these three plus a little reverb
SouthpawGuy Posted June 5, 2012 Posted June 5, 2012 Nothing exotic .... AC30CC2 Laney TT50 Blues Jnr Super Champ XD And of course the smallest and cheapest, the SCXD, gets 90% of the play time
Guest HRB853370 Posted June 5, 2012 Posted June 5, 2012 That transparent LP junior amp reminds me of a wankel engine model I built as a kid; you could see all the moving parts!
Gitfiddler Posted June 5, 2012 Posted June 5, 2012 That transparent LP junior amp reminds me of a wankel engine model I built as a kid; you could see all the moving parts! Good comparison! Do you remember the "Visible Man"? Creepy doll for nerdy kids like me. Both the transparent and tolex covered Gibsons are GA5 reissues. 5 watts of hand wired, point-to-point screaming terror, especially when hooked up to an extension speaker.
DetroitBlues Posted June 5, 2012 Posted June 5, 2012 Alicia's toybox: wow, she's got quite the wall of sound going!
fxdx99 Posted June 5, 2012 Posted June 5, 2012 Alicia's toybox: Southwest corner blonde... early 60s bassman or vibro king?
big bob Posted June 5, 2012 Posted June 5, 2012 Southwest corner blonde... early 60s bassman or vibro king? Dude, wake up... She is a brunette, I would not put her a day over 40, and I believe she is with somebody... Besides.. what would you do with a bunch of left handed amps?
