CJTopes Posted June 12, 2012 Posted June 12, 2012 Guess what kind of guitar he had....... 25th anniversary H150!!! Thats me and my DC.... Heritage was well represented that night!
TalismanRich Posted June 12, 2012 Posted June 12, 2012 Very cool pics. I haven't seen Lil Ed in years. He played at a blues fest at Six Flags Ky Kingdom years ago (now defunct).
FredZepp Posted June 12, 2012 Posted June 12, 2012 It's great to see those Heritages out there making some fine music.. they're crafted just for that purpose. cool action pics.
fxdx99 Posted June 12, 2012 Posted June 12, 2012 Heh - that's awesome! Nice pics. Li'l Ed's 150 has one big pickguard. Both are some good looking guitars.
JeffB Posted June 12, 2012 Posted June 12, 2012 Just spent the last 3/4hr checking out Lil Ed. Love it. That would have been an great thing to be part of.
yoslate Posted June 12, 2012 Posted June 12, 2012 Good gig, CJ! Congrats! Cool on the Heritages, too! A little disappointed to see Ed's not wearing the fez!
DetroitBlues Posted June 12, 2012 Posted June 12, 2012 Looks like fun. Got love seeing a couple different Heritages on stage!
blueox Posted June 13, 2012 Posted June 13, 2012 That's nice to see Heritages gracing the stage. Lil' Ed and the Blues Imperials is a powerhouse with Ed on slide guitar. He's used a variety of guitars over the years, and this H-150 is a welcomed sight.
tulk1 Posted June 13, 2012 Posted June 13, 2012 Nice!! Lil Ed looks good. But that DC is looking awesome! Makes me want to get mine out for a gig or two.
CJTopes Posted June 16, 2012 Author Posted June 16, 2012 It was a fun night. Lil Ed and his band were a great bunch of guys. Not sure why he wasnt wearing his fez. A few people in the audience were wearing them but soon took them off! @ Slammer....Was it a song called Icicles in my Meatloaf? He was also the Nephew of J.B Hutto.

It's a Peavey 400 Chorus. He was plugging in 2-2x12 Egnator bottoms. I play a Rivera Rake Reverb with a 2x12 bottom.
