What's happening in the For Sale section?

Seems logical to me. Folks want them and those that have them don't want to sell. I know I don't want to sell mine. I wonder what the factory loading looks like.

Especially now that Gibson has become a junk factory.

+1. the sad truth.

I'm trying to sell me 575 Custom! Currently it's on consignement at Elderly Instruments. But, the required 45 days is over and I'm free to sell in on my own. So, if any HOC members are interested............... we would have some flexibility in the price!

lets not turn this in to a "my heritage is for sale" thread.....that what the for sale section is for

Heritage is pretty busy right now...lots of guitars scattered all over the plant

Get ready for the prices to start rising. Especially now that Gibson has become a junk factory.

I thought about that too. I'm nervous. I certainly don't own enough Heritage guitars and I can't help but wonder how difficult or expensive it will be to buy more (new or used) in the future.

Everything seems to slow down when Brent is in a rebuilding phase.

Sorry couldn't resist.

I'm thinking about selling mine, as well as a few Hamers. I just don't need 10 guitars!

That is why I have bought only Heritage since 1990. A buddy has several very nice custom shop Gibsons and they don't stand up to Jojo's, Jim's, Dave's or My comparable run of the mill Heritage models. Dig it! (Our playing is another matter.)

My 357/Firebird is something special to me. I wouldn't take all of Gibson's Firebirds for it. I have shook the hands of the people who made mine. You just don't get that everywhere. I am glad Gibson turned to shit. It gives me the ability to get the real thing with out corporate greed and stupidity. They deserve everything that has happened to them. You make your own luck.

It looks like the price of making your own luck on the buy and sell forum has just gone up.

Chico, you may not have perused the Marketplace lately. Thundersteel's 150 is for sale and waiting for you! Act fast. It may not wait long!

You sound like the folks that said gasoline was going to hit $5 per gallon by Memorial Day and it is about $3.18 here in Georgia! I don't believe prices will rise on Heritage guitars, unless the general economy improves dramatically and that most likely won't be until after January 2013. The G brand won't have anything to do with it.
