HenrikB Posted June 14, 2012 Posted June 14, 2012 Hey! I've just pulled the trigger on a beautiful H-150 in Antique sunburst. And the model name is H-150 "CM" This may be a stupid question, but what does "CM" stand for?
kbp810 Posted June 14, 2012 Posted June 14, 2012 It stands for "Club Mandatory" - as in by owning the guitar you are required to join the HOC and post as many pictures and/or sound clips of it as you can (Or it's as Brent says - Curly Maple, referring to the CM Top)
HenrikB Posted June 14, 2012 Author Posted June 14, 2012 Thanks guys! I'll post the pictures as soon as the geetar has arrived. Can't wait!

Guest HRB853370 Posted June 14, 2012 Posted June 14, 2012 Hey! I've just pulled the trigger on a beautiful H-150 in Antique sunburst. And the model name is H-150 "CM" This may be a stupid question, but what does "CM" stand for? "Custom Manufactured". All Heritage guitars are built as though it was a custom shop! Handmade!

Genericmusic Posted June 14, 2012 Posted June 14, 2012 Welcome HenrikB. My grandfather was from Honafus.
ledzef Posted June 14, 2012 Posted June 14, 2012 Oh really? Why not Moe maple? Or Larry maple? Or Shemp maple? What makes you say Curly? Let's face it Curly was the greatest, even though Quilted comes in a close second.
GuitArtMan Posted June 14, 2012 Posted June 14, 2012 Oh really? Why not Moe maple? Or Larry maple? Or Shemp maple? What makes you say Curly? CMS sounds too much like PMS. The funny thing is I was gonna post about Curly, Moe and Shemp and you beat me to it!
