Anyone in the NYC area?

Fellow HOCers,

 

Southpaw noted a CL ad for an older H-555 in NYC that looks pretty decent (thanks for doing that, btw). I followed up via email but did't hear anything until today. I was curious if anyone on this list lives in that neck of the woods (well, not too many woods left there I suppose) that might be willing to verify it is what it appears to be. I'm new to this group, so my apologies if that's not a legit request. On the flip side, if someone was thinking about picking up a CL offering from northern Colorado, I'd go look at it for them (consider it a standing offer!).

 

Just thought I'd give it a shot. I'll give the lister a call and see if she seems legit or not on the phone. If anyone is looking to get out and check out a vintage 555 in the Harlem/Morningside end of town though, please PM me. Thanks,
