Oh and I WILL end up with another Heritage. I actually passed on a red 535 with a bigsby at a Pawn for 999 awhile back. Kinda regret it, but I'm not a big Bigsby guy. Gonna have to wait awhile even though a guitar shop in Cincy has a gorgeous 157 for about 1900 on eBay. Gas attack

Welcome Dennis!---Great pickup on the 140..congrats! Sound slike you have a great pawn shop around there. I had a 555 w/ Schallers and loved them..but I foolishly got rid of the guitar. (ugh)...Welcome the HOC--AWESOME group of folks. BTW, Kidsmoke--is that the old man in the mountain on your avatar? (did it--sadly--fall?..I heard it fell.)

that'd be it. Sadly, it fell to the floor of Franconia Notch back in '03.

They've turned what use to be a little lakeside turnout for viewing into a memorial monument with really cool recreation of the profile.I'll be there, at the foot of that mountain, in three weeks along side my Folks, and siblings. My Dad's got Alzheimers, still knows whats happening, and has all his memories. We've purchased a engraved granite paver to be installed in the monument walkway in that park in his honor. He made it a point to drag us kids into those mountains most weekends of our youth, 12 months out of the year. Made a huge impact. We're gonna have our own little dedication service while he can enjoy it and know how much we appreciate him.

anyway, it's on my mind as you might imagine. And makes for a cool avatar, IMHO!
