Different suppliers / countries for Heritage mahogany?

In some of the posts owners talk about different kinds of mahogany used in the building of Heritage guitars. Is there any knowledge of Heritage first using one kind of mahogany and then having to switch to suppliers in another country / countries? Is there a year when changes in suppliers / countries was made?

 

Anyone think they can tell the difference in weight and tone?
