Any H-357s being made with mini humbuckers?

I am looking for a vintage sunburst mahogany H-357 with two mini humbuckers.

My friend has a 1976 Firebird with the white pick guard and the red white and blue logo from when we were in a band together in high school..

And it has to sound as good or better than an H-150 with SD Antiquities and Hovland Musicaps. :0)

I have a mint Sweet 16 to sell or trade for the H-357.

I talked to Marv about it at PSP. They will use any type of pickup that you want. The 357 that was picked up at PSP had Curtis Novak minis installed.

With 6 people already on the list maybe an H-150 with minis is the way to go while waiting for the H-357 to get here in 2015. :0)

They had two in construction down in the wood shop at PSP. I think they were both Korina.

I don't think you're going to find a trade. They are very rare and seldom will anyone sell them. Your best bet would be to call the factory up, talk to Marv (he is the ONLY one there that makes them). Tell him what you want and get on the list. Afraid that's the only way to get one.
