I'm curious about the difference in a guitar when you put Russian .022 PIO caps in? What, exactly does that do?

1) You can tell your friends that you have Russian .022 PIO caps.

2) You can convince yourself that any slight difference in sound is worth the money you paid.

 

It's highly subjective. I'm not convinced as you may deduce from the list I wrote
